Weekly Services

The community gathers weekly to worship on Sundays at:

8:30 AM ~ Eucharist from the Book of Common Prayer

9:30 AM ~ Quiet prayer and meditation in the baptistery

10:30 AM ~ Eucharist with seasonal liturgies & traditional organ and choral music

A family-friendly space called “The Nook” is available to children and their care-givers within the worship space.  We love the energy that children bring to our times of worship and trust that families with young ones will feel free to be themselves as valued members of the worshipping community.  Really!

We also provide a play-based “drop-in” programme for children ages 4 and up, called “The Lab”, during the 10:30 AM service.  ”The Lab” provides kids the opportunity to explore and experiment with their friends through spiritual play in a setting a little different from “The Nook”.  This mimics in some ways the drop-in play-group format that so many families in the area enjoy on Wednesday mornings in the Dundas Room at the church.  To help families get out of the house on Sunday mornings, a healthy breakfast is offered.  Fair-trade coffee and tea are also available for parents who like to observe their children interacting with staff and volunteers for a bit before joining adults for worship.  We interact with one story from the Bible each month (first introduced at our monthly Third @ Four service) and explore that story through arts and crafts, music and movement, the occasional video, reading and story-telling, and the occasional time in the kitchen, too!  We hope you’ll join us!

A smaller group also gathers on Fridays at 7:30 AM for an informal Eucharist followed by coffee and conversation.

The community has a real passion for the merging of spirituality and the arts.  We enjoy regular opportunities to explore and celebrate these connections through Monthly Services, as well.
