THANKSGIVING

BCP EUCHARIST, 8:30 am

PARISH EUCHARIST 10:30 am,

ONE HUGE THANK YOU!

Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make our celebration on Sunday evening so fabulous. Our church was full of people and our worship and community full with beautiful words, wonderful music, service and of course so much food! Thank you to all those who contributed in so many ways.

Very grateful thanks to everyone who helped out at the reception for Mike on Sunday.

Those of you who made sandwiches, squares, veggie trays, cutting and plating of squares and sandwiches, contributing and plating hors d’oeuvres, young ladies who took around the hors d’oeuvres, wine stewards, setting up tables and chairs, setting tables, washing up the dishes, putting away the tables and chairs and laundering tablecloths. It all ran smoothly and a good time was had by all. We could not have had this party without your participation!   ~ Hospitality Group

PRAYER OF THE WEEK

Oh, Lord my God.

You called me from the sleep of nothingness
merely because in your tremendous love
you want to make good and beautiful beings.
You have called me by my name in my mother’s womb.
You have given me breath and light and movement
and walked with me every moment of my existence.
I am amazed, Lord God of the universe,
that you attend to me and, more, cherish me.
Create in me the faithfulness that moves you,
and I will trust you and yearn for you all my days.

Amen.
