TUESDAY EVENING PRAYER 6:15 p.m - Now on Zoom!
For the duration of the winter, the Tuesday evening prayer group will meet online via Zoom. If you would like to join, please email the office on Tuesdays by 4:00pm at stjamesdundas@outlook.com to receive the Zoom meeting link. The meeting is a combination of prayer and discussion of a passage from scripture.

Day of Prayer & Fasting for Israel/Gaza & Ukraine
Location: ON
Date: February 16, 2024
Call for a day of prayer and fasting for Israel/Gaza and Ukraine
In a joint letter, Archbishop Linda Nicholls, along with Bishop Susan Johnson of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, has called for a day of prayer and fasting on February 16, 2024. This is an opportunity to collectively list our voices and hearts united in prayer, centred around the continued violence in Ukraine, as well as in Israel and Gaza, trusting that God is listening, acting, and present with all who are suffering or feel powerless.
You may choose to fast from food or from social media, computer time, music, television or whatever is appropriate for you. During the day, whenever your heart remembers or at times you designate, you stop and pray. You may use the prayers provided or simply cry from your heart to God about the situations in Israel/Palestine/Gaza and Ukraine. You may gather with friends, family or church members.
To conclude the day, join Bishop Susan Johnson and Primate Linda Nicholls on Friday, February 16, at 7 p.m. EST for a 30-minute prayer service on Facebook.
